Top Deck Bar is a Savannah rooftop bar overlooking the Savannah River, with stunning views and breathtaking sunsets accompanied by friendly service. Top Deck Bar is located atop the Cotton Sail Hotel in downtown Savannah, and is open daily from 11 am to 11 pm. Service is first come, first serve, and we do not offer reservations.
